Terms of Use

Last updated 6 September 2026

This is the end user licence agreement for the Pull to Refresh iOS app. Installing or using the app means you accept it.

Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not sell it, rent it, reverse engineer it, or strip out its notices, except where the law says you may regardless of this agreement.

What the app is, and is not

Acceptable use

The leaderboard is public to other users of the app. Do not use a display name that is abusive, impersonates someone, or contains another person's personal information. We may remove a row or block access for doing so.

Availability

The app depends on Apple frameworks and services — Screen Time, HealthKit, CloudKit and the App Store. If Apple changes or withdraws any of them, parts of the app may stop working. Features may change or be discontinued.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version, and the date above will tell you when it changed.
